Stanley truly goes above and beyond his duty as a Property Agent. As I am frequently out of town, he will take the initiative to arrange the viewings while keeping me informed. After sales, he will not hesitate to rely on his contacts for various service suppliers and will even coordinate on my behalf. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable property professional.

Stanley is responsive and efficient. He also goes the extra mile for his clients. As my BTO flat is like a brand new unit, there are no lights installed. This affected prospective buyers who wanted to view the unit at night. He went to the nearby mall and bought the necessary bulbs, and helped to install the lights himself. This helped me save on cost of hiring an electrician. Two thumbs up for Stanley!

Stanley very understanding with our housing problems.accomodative and patience.my husband caused delay in completion due to CPF board lock his money in retirement.stanley gave advise how to smoothen the paperwork process as I don't use agent to buy this resale flat.he assist us sincerely
